Lowcountry Made is an online community whose mission is to promote Lowcountry makers, connect them with shoppers, and promote business-to-business collaboration.
In addition to regular community events, Lowcountry Made hosts an online directory of local makers, produces newsletters for businesses and shoppers and offers other marketing opportunities to increase their exposure. Below are the people that make it all possible and add so much to the Bluffton community.
Katie Silva, FOUNDER & CEO
Katie Silva founded Lowcountry Made with a mission to promote Lowcountry makers, connect them with shoppers, and promote business to business collaboration.
She is a creative professional and advocate for local makers. She has a passion for all things lovingly handcrafted, the minds of creative people, and local life. As a marketing professional, entrepreneur, and arts major, she understands the difficulty people face turning a passion into a thriving business.
