Dust off your golf cart, prepare your greenest attire, and get ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day like never before! Mark your calendars for an unforgettable celebration! The first-ever Bluffton Irish Fest is rolling into town on March 16, 2024. Get ready for a day filled with fun, laughter, and an incredible array of activities that capture the essence of Irish joy and community spirit. The fest’s highlight is the Bluffton St. Patrick’s Golf Cart Parade. Following the parade is a new addition to the Bluffton Sunset Party Series, The St. Patrick’s Block Party. And this one is sure to be a memorable one. It’s your opportunity to dive into the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day and be a part of a new Bluffton tradition.

🍀 Patrick’s Golf Cart Parade
Imagine streets lined with golf carts, each decked out in dazzling shades of green, vying for the title of the most spirited Irish cart! Golf Cart Parade will kick off at 3 p.m. at Town Hall – down Bridge Street to Oyster Factory Park. Whether you’re a local keen to show off your decorated golf cart, or a visitor looking for a unique way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, the Bluffton Irish Fest is where you need to be.
📍 Parade route is down Bridge Street from the Town Hall to Oyster Factory Park:
Bluffton St. Patrick’s Golf Cart Parade will kick off at 3 pm at Town Hall. Participants are encouraged to deck out their carts in Irish colors, as prizes will be awarded to the top three best-decorated golf carts. Entries will be judged based on decoration, creativity, spirit, crew, and cart.
Following the parade, winners will be announced at the Block Party. ALL entries MUST feature an Irish theme. Please note that this is an electric golf cart event only, and no other vehicles will be permitted.
Golf Cart Parade Registration Fee Options $35 / includes 2 tickets to the St Patrick’s Block Party. $50 / includes 4 tickets to the St Patricks Block Party.
🍀 St. Patrick’s Block Party
The Party takes over Oyster Factory Park. with Live Music, Food Court, Beer & Wine Garden, & Dog Costume Contest.

🍀 Luck of the Irish Dog Costume Contest 🍀
Unleash your pup’s festive spirit at the St. Patty’s Block Party with the “Luck of the Irish” Dog Costume Contest, proudly presented by The May River Pet Resort. Let your dog strut their stuff in the greenest, most shamrock-filled costume you can dream up—the fancier, the merrier!
🐶 Registration and Rules:
🐾 Want to Participate? Registration is easy! Simply sign up on-site at the event. Look for the May River Pet Resort booth to enter your dog into the contest.
🐾 Pup Participant Requirements:
- All dogs must be on a leash during the event.
- Only well-behaved furry friends can participate.
- We require all dog contestants to be up-to-date on vaccinations for everyone’s safety.
Get ready to sham-rock the block with your well-dressed woofer! It’s sure to be a tail-wagging good time filled with laughter, camaraderie and St. Patrick’s Day cheer.
