July 2 – Bluffton Independence Day 5K
Get ready to kick off your Independence Day celebrations with the Bluffton Independence Day 5K! Join us on Wednesday, July 2nd, at 7 p.m. at Oyster Factory Park for a fun evening run, jog, or walk through Bluffton’s beautiful Historic District. Start your holiday festivities on the right foot with this exciting event, the first in the Town’s Independence Day Celebration!

July 3 – Bluffton Independence Day Pre-Party
On July 3 at Martin and DuBois Parks, from 5-9:30 p.m. Pre-Party is followed at dusk by the Town’s spectacular fireworks displays at Oyster Factory Park and Wright Family Park.

July 4 – Independence Day 2025 at HarbourFest on Hilton Head
Looking for unforgettable Fourth of July plans? Join us at the 36th annual HarbourFest at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina, located at 1 Shelter Cove Ln., on Hilton Head Island. As the vibrant centerpiece of Independence Day celebrations on the island, this family-friendly event promises a night to remember, capped off with a breathtaking fireworks display over Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina.
Live Music by Shannon Tanner
- Kick things off with two special patriotic concerts from HarbourFest favorite, Shannon Tanner. Catch his lively performances at 6:30-8:30 p.m. With his signature folksy charm, Tanner’s shows are perfect for all ages and have become a beloved tradition at this festive celebration.
Family Fun with Cappy the Clown

Fireworks Over Broad Creek
- The grand finale? A dazzling fireworks display over Broad Creek after dark. Known as Hilton Head’s largest fireworks event, this spectacular show lights up the sky and offers the perfect conclusion to a night of celebration.
