February 25: Page Island Oyster Roast Offers Boating, Music, Fun, Food & Drinks! The Outside Foundation is proud to announce their second annual Page Island Oyster Roast Fundraiser, which will be held on Sunday, February 25th from 2 to 5:30 in the afternoon. The Page Island Oyster Roast is a family friendly event to raise money for the Kids in Kayaks Scholarship Fund, which covers the cost of the Kids in Kayaks program for those children whose families cannot afford it. The 2018 event will feature food and oysters from The Bluffton Seafood Company, music by members of the Lowcountry Boil Band, live and silent auctions, games and fun for children and adults. The setting for the event will be Page Island, a remote sea island located in the back country marshes behind Daufuskie. Vagabond cruises will provide round-trip boat transportation from Harbour Town for attendees. Ticket holders are also welcome to drive their own boats to and from Page Island. Page Island, between Palmetto Bluff and Daufuskie. Adults $150 each, Children ages 5-12 $75 each, Children 4 and under free. Tickets include food, beverages and round-trip boat transportation.
