The Coastal Discovery Museum will host “Lowcountry Insects” on September 19 from 5-7 p.m. You will join the Museum’s Manager of Natural History to learn about many beneficial insects that live in the Lowcountry. Find out how to help protect them in your own yard. Participants will make a take-home insect house to provide shelter for some fascinating, local, and beneficial insects, such as the Grass Carrier Wasp and the Four Toothed Mason Wasp.
