Monday: A Day in the Life of a Civil War Soldier. Participants will learn about Civil War uniforms and equipment, train to fight as infantry and artillery soldiers, learn battlefield communicaitons, participate in battle drill and more. Two, 3-hr. sessions, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 1-4 p.m. Children ages 7-12. Cost $20. Tuesday: A Step Back In Time, Living History 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Participants will learn about the process of natural dyes from the past, explore plantation cooking, manners of the 1920’s, storytelling, learn to play 19th century games and more.
