The Coastal Discovery Museum will host Dr. Chris Marsh on January 9 at 3 p.m. Dr. Marsh will give a bird’s eye view of the biogeographical regions of the Carolinas, discussing how unique habitats add to the region’s diversity of plants and animals.
Dr. Marsh has over 40 years of experience working in habitats throughout North and South Carolina. For the past 16 years he has served as Executive Director of both the Spring Island Trust and the LowCountry Institute.
The program for an adult audience, is $7 per participant and reservations are required by calling 843-689-6767 ext. 223. The Museum is located at 70 Honey Horn Dr. coastaldiscovery.org.
